Decided to cut back on all the junk and get back in Shape. I believe It’s get my mind and body in the right shape

There are some benefits of working of course;

I’m no expert but from what I’ve read, Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, boost your health and have fun. Aim for at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity exercise, or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise.
